Your satisfaction with your new goodies is important to us. If it isn’t right, no worries! We offer easy change of mind returns within 60 days.

Just make sure the item is still new, unused and in its original condition and send it back to us. We accept returns:

• within 60 days from the date of original purchase.
• in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached and with accompanying documents, manuals and other related paperwork included.
• with a copy of the included returns note. 

To initiate a change of mind exchange or refund, let us know at support@trekoa.com. From here, we’ll ask you to send the item back to us (trackable shipping is recommended). Once a refund is approved, we’ll credit your original method of payment. We keep you in the loop throughout via email. Easy peasy.

Sorry! Some items cannot be returned, due to its perishable nature and for health and hygiene reasons, such as:

• Food items
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Health and personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We check everything thoroughly before we send the goodies to you, but if you find that an item is faulty, rest assured an exchange or refund is offered.
